Excitement has been running high all week in Navy O’Donnell. At 4pm everyday 20-30 children ages 4-6 meet at the school for an hour of songs, stories, crafts, and snacks. Their teachers are surprised at how quickly they learn.
At 5pm the 7-12 year-olds come. Every night between 60-100 children come early and stay as late as they can—even with the typhoon type rains falling and crashing on the schools metal roof, so that hearing is impossible. But they love the programs.
Now parents and children are expressing their eagerness for the school to open on June 10 and are asking for early registration. Those who attend this week will receive a 10% discount on the matriculation fees.
And we’re excited, too. This Phil-American Christian School will soon be a reality.
